RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICIES
1.-All reservations are prepaid with an initial deposit and cash balance in Holbox.
2.- All cancellations due to client’s causes have a 20% penalty up to 7 days before the trip. If you cancel 5 to 3 days before 50% and less than 3 days there is no refund.
3.- In case of a closed port, the fishing trip will be rescheduled if the client wishes or the amount of the cost of the fishing trip will be refunded in case it is not possible to go out any day. In case the flight cannot be made due to bad weather, a transfer will be arranged by land and the difference will be reimbursed to the client.
4.- the deposits will be paid online with visa, mastercard american express.
